Lisa Kay Fletcher (LK Fletcher) s a visionary teacher, professional musician and arts advocate. She is an active singer, actress, director, pianist, clinician, conductor and adjudicator. More importantly she is a mentor, an educator and encourager to thousands of performers. Lisa Kay has performed professionally for twenty years as a soloist in opera, oratorio, recital, musical theatre and jazz. She has taught in summer programs in Rome, Paris and throughout the US. She has served as music professor at several institutions including Colorado Christian University and Capital Seminary. She is a published playwright, a national drama critic and an acclaimed director and performer. She is passionate about the arts and empowering artists.
The Mona Lisa Life offers an in depth training program for singers at every stage of their development from youth to adult, amateur to professional. Classical, Musical Theater, Pop and Jazz singers all have the same rigorous training, performance opportunities and personal mentoring. Specific training programs are available for high school students, pre-professionals and professional singers. Extensive marketing support is given to all performers.
The Mona Lisa Life Singers are performing, teaching and creating music all over the world - in college conservatories (Juilliard, Cincinnati Conservatory, Indiana University, Berklee, UCLA) in prestigious summer programs (Wolf Trap, Merola, Santa Fe, Chautauqua, Central City, Aspen, Brevard, Opera in the Ozarks, OperaWorks) Young Artist Programs (Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Seattle Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, Sasrasota Opera, Ft. Worth Opera, Kentucky Opera) and major opera houses in the US and Europe, including the Metropolitan Opera.
